1. We Send Your Collection Pack: Within 2–3 working days, we will post a Keepsake Collection Pack to your address. This includes secure, protective pouches for your cherished elements (hair, ashes, or fur / memento) and a Personal Tribute Guide.
2. Complete Your Tribute Guide Use the included guide to provide us with the final details—such as custom names, specific descriptions, or any special requests for your everlasting piece.
3. Return Your Elements Place your elements and the completed form into the provided envelope.
By Post: For your peace of mind, we recommend returning your pack via Registered Post so it can be tracked until it is safely in our hands.
Dublin Collection: If you are local, you are welcome to contact us to arrange a sensitive hand-over at our Dublin studio.
4. Handcrafting & Home The moment your pack arrives, we will notify you. We will then begin carefully handcrafting your memorial. Once completed, your finished keepsake will be sent home to you.
