Your journey with us
After placing your order, a collection kit will be posted to you within 2–3 working days. This kit includes clear instructions and a secure, labelled zip‑lock pouch designed to hold the small amount of hair, needed for your memorial resin piece. Everything is prepared to make the process simple, safe, and respectful.
From the moment your loved one’s hair arrives, it is treated with the utmost dignity, care, and gentleness. Each inclusion is handled personally in my Dublin studio, kept separate at all times, and protected throughout the entire creation process. I approach every memorial piece with the same respect I would give to my own family, ensuring your loved one is honoured at every stage.
Once your piece is completed, all unused hair will be carefully returned to you. Your finished keepsake will then be packaged securely and sent back using the delivery method you selected. Every step — from receiving your inclusions to returning your completed memorial — is carried out with intention, reverence, and respect.
