Step 2: Your Personal Creation Form & Collection Kit. 

Within a few days of completing your order, a specialized, perfectly sized collection kit will arrive safely at your door. Inside, you will find a secure, sealed zip-lock container for your elements, alongside your official Memorial Keepsake Creation Details Form.

This form is your personal design space where you will fill out your contact details, select your preferred delivery method (including secure Registered Post or personal collection from our Dublin studio), and confirm your custom design preferences. It allows you to specify exactly whether you are sending cremation ashes, hair, pet fur, or preserved flowers, alongside your chosen color palettes and structural requirements. Please note that if you have selected one of our bundle offers, a separate creation form is provided for every individual piece in your order. This ensures that each keepsake can be custom-made to a family member's unique personal choice, matching their vision perfectly. This standard of care ensures every single detail is meticulously captured before crafting begins.

If you are choosing us to preserve your precious funeral flowers, wedding bouquets, or sentimental petals, the preservation journey starts the moment they leave your hands.

Professional Flower Drying Fees:

Because professionally extracting moisture requires specialized materials, dedicated studio space, and a strict climate-controlled timeline, a small drying fee applies to all fresh flower preservation orders:

• 1 to 5 Flowers: €10

• 5 to 10 Flowers: €20

• Full Bouquet / Bunch: €30

Getting Your Flowers to Our Studio:

To ensure your flowers are preserved beautifully, time is of the essence. Please send them or bring them to us as soon as possible after your event so they can be preserved at their absolute freshest. You have two options:

• Option 1: Postal Service (Pack & Post in a Box)

  1. Keep Them Dry: Do not wrap your flowers in plastic bags, wet paper towels, or tin foil. This traps moisture and causes immediate mold or rot in transit.

  2. Wrap Gently: Wrap the flower heads gently in dry tissue paper or kitchen roll.

  3. Pack Securely: Place them into a sturdy, breathable cardboard box. Fill empty spaces loosely with crumpled newspaper so petals don’t crush.

  4. Post Immediately: Send your box to our Dublin studio straight away using Registered Post to guarantee tracked transit.

• Option 2: Studio Drop-Off :You are welcome to personally drop your flowers directly off at our Dublin studio. This eliminates transit times entirely and ensures your fresh bouquet is placed straight into our care immediately.

Our Meticulous 4-Week Drying Process:

Once I receive your flowers at the studio, they enter a dedicated preservation phase:

• Individual Inspection: I go through your flowers individually, choosing the most vibrant blooms for your design.

• WiseDry Silica Compound: I submerge the flowers into professional WiseDry silica, which gently extracts moisture while completely preserving the natural shape and color.

• The Dark Room: Your flowers are stored safely in a completely dark space for exactly 4 weeks to ensure they are 100% dry and stable before meeting the resin, preventing any color fading.
