1. Choose How Your Flowers Reach Us
You can select the option that best suits you. We’ll make arrangements with you in advance where needed.
Studio Drop-Off (Recommended)
If you’re local, we recommend arranging a studio drop-off. This is the safest option for fresh flowers and allows us to begin the preservation process immediately.
Send Your Flowers for Drying (We Do This for You)
You may post your fresh flowers directly to us, and we will carefully dry and preserve them on arrival.
For peace of mind, we recommend sending them via Registered Post.
Dry Your Flowers at Home
If you choose to dry your flowers yourself, they must be fully dried before being sent to us.
2. How to Package Your Flowers Securely
To help your flowers arrive safely and in the best possible condition, please follow these steps:
Gently remove excess foliage and any damaged petals
Do not add water or damp materials
Loosely wrap the flowers in dry tissue paper (not plastic)
Place them in a sturdy box with padding so they cannot move during transit
Clearly mark the parcel “FRAGILE”
We recommend sending your flowers using Registered Post so they can be tracked until they arrive safely with us. While we take every care on arrival, we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to flowers during transit.
3. Flower Drying Timeline
If we dry your flowers for you, the natural drying process takes approximately 4 weeks.
This time is essential to ensure the flowers are fully preserved and suitable for your keepsake.
If you dry your flowers at home, please ensure they are completely dry before posting.
4. Arrival & Handcrafting
Once your flowers arrive safely, we’ll notify you and begin carefully handcrafting your memorial piece.
5. Sent Home to You
When complete, your finished keepsake will be carefully packaged and sent home to you.
